Why am I an Ambassador?

My main goal is to build a career in project management, where I can take full ownership of a project's journey from the first idea to the final result. I have always been driven by the challenge of taking a complex plan and breaking it down into organized, manageable steps that lead to success. For me, project management isn't just about finishing a task; it's about finding the most efficient way to get there while keeping everyone on the same page.

Identify profiles with high potential (students, alumni, business leaders, influencers) in order to expand the professional solidarity network.

Strategic pitch

Present the vision to high-level decision makers and influential figures in order to get their active engagement.

Acquisition of members

Develop the adoption of the “Chance Collective” model by transforming highly sought-after professionals into active contributors to the community.

Evangelization of the movement

Act as the main spokesperson to recruit and integrate new waves of ambassadors on a global scale.

Local chapter management

Budgetary supervision

Manage local financial resources with the autonomy and responsibility of a “Junior Enterprise”.

Logistical organization

Plan and execute community events from concept to completion.

Team coordination

Lead local ambassador teams and community groups.

Communication management

Coordinate multi-channel engagement strategies in order to maintain community dynamics and a high level of participation.

Impact monitoring

Report on community growth and engagement indicators.

Advocacy

Influence of policies

Collaborate with business representatives and policy actors to evolve recruitment practices towards talent that is merit-based and ready for the AI era.

Advocating for businesses

Challenging traditional barriers to recruitment by promoting inclusive “opening doors” practices in local industries.

Creation of institutional bridges

Align university career services with NewFutures's professional solidarity model in order to expand opportunities for students.

Public representation

Represent the movement in public forums and in local media.
