LE PROGRAMME
FIRST CHANCE

Totalement gratuit pour les étudiant·es, le programme comprend cinq verticales particulièrement à risque avec l'IA : Marketing & Communication ; Finance & Comptabilité ; Business Operations & Logistique ; ICT & Support technique ; Administration & Office support.

Il s'articule en 3 temps :
1/ la montée en compétences IA pour passer de la théorie à la pratique (réalisée par notre partenaire INCO).
2/ l'orientation professionnelle pour identifier grâce à CHANCE, en 10 heures avec l'aide d'agents IA, là où se joue l'employabilité aujourd'hui.
3/ l'accès aux opportunités d'emploi pour accompagner le dernier km décisif, porté par le collectif CHANCE qui a déjà fait ses preuves en France avec plus de 45 000 connexions solidaires réalisées en moins de 2 ans.

Son déploiement s’appuie sur le relais des universités, des grandes écoles, des CFA et des acteurs de la formation engagés pour l’égalité des chances. Des partenaires sont déjà mobilisés, de Limoges à Hull, de Roehampton à Séville, de Hanovre jusqu’à la Jordanie.
