J'ai eu un premier entretien constructif en visioconférence avec Dominique Auffroy, lors duquel elle m'a expliqué la démarche d'accompagnement de LHH et m'a fourni de bons conseils concernant l'amélioration de mon CV. Elle a également essayé de bien cerner mon profil et mes aspirations. Avec le professionnalisme et la qualité de l'écoute dont elle a fait preuve, je suis confiante sur l'issue de ma recherche de poste. Merci!

I primarily used the personal coaching from LHH. Joy was wonderful and really helped me come through the other end. She not only provided real tactical strategies (including pointers to the most helpful LHH resources) that helped me, but she was also very thoughtful and insightful about how I should go forward in my career journey. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Entretien intéressant mais aucune proposition au vue de la période (été).

La moindre des corrections est de tenir au courant les candidats. Quelques explications seraient un luxe mais un simple message de refus est de la correction et du professionnalisme. Ce cabinet n'est pas sérieux.

un échange téléphonique agréable avec une conseillère courtoise et professionnelle. ça peut sembler particulier de le dire mais toutes les personnes que nous avons en ligne même dans un cadre professionnel, ne le sont pas forcement.

With LLH, I had a very positive experience. There are many resources related to job searching and career development. You can also have your résumé reviewed and improved using artificial intelligence. In addition, you are assigned a personal career coach who helps you find a job. You can also schedule a Zoom meeting for personalized support. I highly recommend LLH to anyone who is looking for a job.

excellent coach

I was assigned a polished, professional, friendly LHH coach to help me negotiate my job hunting challenges. Her advice was practical and specific. She encouraged me to build a website and highlight my writing/editing portfolio and skills. She provided feedback during that time critical to the development of the site, which brought opportunities and visibility in a challenging prospecting field clouded by the entrance of AI.

Overall, lots of information, in several mediums( videos-access to other apps(linked in learning,etc.) notes, and live sessions. Also have a coach, as well as SME for each session (for different topics ) probably puts the program over the top … you can learn at your own pace and still be able to ask questions to better understand the new way of job hunting.

Working with my Career Coach who taught me many new things about job search and networking, and provided her honest feedback re my resume and LimkedIN profile. Also LHH website with live seminars that are very resourceful.

The tools provided by LHH were very helpful in preparing my resume and myself for the job market after being out of it for over 10yrs. The coaching was also very helpful in helping me narrow focus and career path options. Overall I was very satisfied with LHH. I found a job within 3mths and received multiple offers throughout that time period.

Having a resource to listen and give you some pointers no matter what you are deciding to do was wonderful. The resources that are available are really good and can help if you use them. Great experience.

My personal career coach really helped me. She made sure I didnt feel alone going through a tough time. It helped me follow through on action items as there was someone I needed to be accountable to. She was also my biggest cheer leader and helped boost my confidence.

The tools and presentations were great as well as my one-on-one career counsel was fantastic and super supportive. The resume tools and support were great too!

Good experience

I thought that the performance platforms for resume writing and ATS compatibility where really good. There are so many articles and videos, that it can be overwhelming. What I didn't find helpful is the individual I was paired with. I should have requested a new one. Having been through this process before only 3 years ago, I know where my weaknesses are and specifically articulated them in our first (and only) meeting. Instead of working with me on how to overcome this, I only received an email of what he considered to be relevant articles and videos on the LHH site. I could have done that myself. Also, he held weekly sessions for the people he was working with to come together as a group. While this seems like a good idea, in practice it didn't work. There was another client, former CMO, who assumed leading the meeting and being the authority figure to everyone. I wasn't the only one who wasn't impressed. The coach didn't do anything to stop this.

I appreciated getting reminders to use what was made available and also that you were not pushing it on me when I didn't respond.

Overall the experience was great. I appreciated the advice, programs and supporting services provided especially my coach Linda Kieman.
